PROFILE GUIDELINES

THE ARTIST / THE WORK / THE CONTEXT

Your own practice.
Clearly represented.

A private proposal is the beginning of a discussion, not a published or verified artist profile.

01

Represent the individual

Use the public professional name the artist authorises, a current contact route and an accurate account of their work. This is an individual-artist directory. Do not submit a studio business as though it were one person or claim another artist’s portfolio as your own.

02

Explain the current context

Describe relevant working locations and studio relationships honestly. Distinguish resident, guest and historical connections and obtain permission where another person or business is named. A tag, an old collaboration or a shared photograph does not establish a current arrangement.

03

Keep portfolio permissions intact

Use authorised public portfolio links and credit creators and photographers. Obtain permission from people shown where needed. Do not include private client records, identity documents, medical information or sensitive images in a general proposal. Public access to a photograph is not permission to copy or republish it.

04

Support the proposed statements

Avoid unapproved verification badges, rankings, affiliations, licensing claims or guaranteed outcomes. Any future review needs a defined scope and a responsible operator. The directory currently has no approved public profiles, and a local draft does not grant membership, independent assessment or professional recognition.

05

Prepare for actual publication

The operator must establish identity, permission, review, correction and removal processes before accepting live listings. A profile needs a responsible owner and current authorised information. The present form validates your proposal, displays a private review and offers an explicit download or email draft. It does not publish automatically.
