What an event record needs
An actual listing should identify the organiser, title, confirmed dates, venue, responsible contact and applicable registration terms. Changes and cancellations need a clear source and current status.
Before making arrangements
Confirm attendance, travel, payments and event terms directly with the actual organiser. A directory link does not reserve a place, approve a guest artist or grant permission to practise.
